ABOUT THE RYE CHRISTMAS FESTIVAL

The Rye Christmas Festival is a fairly new event which had it's pilot year in 2015. A small group of local volunteers consisting of local people and traders are working together to create this magical Christmas event! 

 

The committee are responsible for everything to do with the festival, from the fundraising, promotion, event production and all related matters. This is a non-profit community event and all monies raised are put towards the event and its direct costs. 

The committee also purchased and won all of the Christmas lights for the town and they install these with the help of volunteers throughout November.

We are always in need of volunteers to help with this the planning of this event, fundraising for it and help during the day so please get in touch if you are able to offer something.
